Sales Enablement Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our Commercial Operations team, on a Full Time - Permanent basis.

As a Sales Enablement Manager you will be a key support to the Sales Operations Controller, responsible for deploying and embedding skills, capabilities and processes to our sales colleagues ensuring they have the right tool set to deliver world class commercial results. Tactical emphasis is on supporting change management actively that will ultimately drive and deliver increased sales performance within our sales communities, both field and phone.

You will be required to work, on a daily basis, with members of the Commercial Leadership Team, Commercial Sales Teams & Support Functions to provide and gain actionable insight, recommendations and support with implementation & embedding of improvement plans & projects, review & evaluate results to inform next actions to continuously improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.

What you will be doing;

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies & effectiveness across Sales teams
  • Support the execution of the Sales Enablement Road Map
  • Develop strong and positive relationships with stakeholders and key business areas including, Sales Leaders, BPM, CRM, Commercial Operations etc
  • Attend regular field days & meetings with Sales teams to identify effectiveness and efficiency opportunities and provide support in realising improvements
  • Work closely with the CRM team to identify opportunities and make recommendations on functionality and capability that will support the drive to increase sales performance and commercial results
  • Attend & lead project meetings with key stakeholders with a clear focus on efficiency and effectiveness improvements
  • Support with the implementation and embedding of improvement plans & projects
  • Review and evaluate results to drive action and improvement and adopt a continuous improvement approach.

What we are looking for;

  • Proven experience within a sales role
  • Strong presentation skills with experience of presenting at a senior level
  • Experience and knowledge of sales processes
  • Experience of stakeholder management at a senior level
  • Analytical thinker – logical approach to problem solving with a high attention to detail
  • Experienced at establishing priorities, meeting demanding timelines, in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Flexibility to travel as required
