Key Account Manager

39 hours per week

Home based – with regular travel required.

We have an exciting opportunity for a key account manager to manage a portfolio of key accounts. As a KAM you will visit sites within your groups, to complete site surveys and help customers onboard a new site. Majority of your time will be spent with your main head office contact, often meeting weekly on teams or in person.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Achieve personal sales targets that are set at the beginning of every financial year
  • Develop and maintain a categorised pipeline of cross selling opportunities
  • Control price reviews and margin of your portfolio to exceed business objectives
  • Create meaningful business reviews with your customer to drive sales and compliance to contract terms
  • Introduction of new product development utilising support of our marketing and merchandising teams
  • Price review implementation, acting as a consultant and market expert for our customers

 

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in an account management role
  • Proven experience of delivering consistent growth across a portfolio of customers
  • Building and developing customer relationship over a period of 2 years or more
  • Gap analysis and cross selling
  •  Contract Negotiation
  •  Margin and Price file management
