As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the ‘voice’ of our business; handling a range of calls, ensuring that our customers and jobseekers receive the ‘best in class’ customer experience. You will handle a range of administration and reporting duties, whilst building and managing relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, whilst working to set KPI’s.
Job Description
- Answering & actioning calls, emails and live chats from both companies and jobseekers
- Driving customers to leave reviews about their experiences on our Trustpilot page.
- Manage & maintain customer data.
- Comply with our sales systems & processes.
Qualifications
- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills with a fantastic attitude.
- Strong experience in MS Word, MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail with credible organisation skills.
- Results driven with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Committed to providing the highest level of customer service within an office based environment.
