Job Description
To accomplish our mission, we are looking for a Junior Global Mobility Manager (m/f/d) in London or Düsseldorf. As part of our global People team you will manage active projects around the topic of international mobility of our employees.
What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis?
- Coordination and support of international assignments to ensure a compliant approach to all relevant aspects of social security, tax implications, labour and immigration law
- Working closely with other international People departments such as our People business partners as well as our Compesation & Benefits team and our internal Recruiters
- Being the interface to internal partners, such as Finance, Tax, Payroll, Labour law as well as external partners such as relocating companies, tax advisor, law and immigration firms

- First experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of global mobility policies, including expat taxation, balance sheets, immigration, assignment services and compensation & benefits
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Business fluency in English, German language skills are a plus
