Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role? The Stepstone Group is looking for a Junior Business Excellence Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business performance in one of our key regions through regular business reviews and identifying improvement opportunities. With a proven track record of implementing improvement initiatives and building strong relationships with stakeholders, you will play a central role in improving the overall performance of our business. Key Responsibilities:
Regular business reviews in one of the business regions at top management level
Build and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region, including Sales, Services, Finance, HR (Human Resource)
Develop and implement business excellence initiatives and projects across the EMEA region to improve the overall performance of the business.
Work closely with the senior managers to develop and implement measures to achieve business objectives.
Identify areas for operational model and process improvement and drive improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
Developing and support implementing change programs to ensure the success of initiatives and projects.
Acting as a business excellence expert for a go-to-market region and conducting regular reviews of their performance for top management
1-2 years of experience in a business excellence or similar role, e.g. strategy consulting, strategic sales, business development
Master's or bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
Proven track record of implementing successful business excellence initiatives, especially in sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and support the project lead simultaneously.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Fluency in English
