Job Description
To accomplish our mission, we are looking for a (Senior) SEO Manager (m/f/d) in London to to become part of our EMEA Marketing team.
What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis?
- Responsible for maximising performance in the SEO channel for the respective market, including Google for Jobs as well as regular blue link organic results
- Maintain awareness of performance indicators, market and influencing factors, running regular audits and investigations
- Leverage your technical and analytical prowess to derive performance improvement opportunities, acquiring data where necessary and combining datasets to provide new insights
- Manage a roadmap of performance improvement initiatives, driving investment cases from discovery to scaling
- Manage a backlog of template optimisation (SEO A/B testing) initiatives
- Collaborate with Content Marketing team to ensure SEO success
Qualifications
Skills you may have:
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical subject (e.g. Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science).
- Professional experience (3+ years) in the SEO channel for a comparably large website.
- Experience with common SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, plus auditing, scraping, SEO insight/analysis tools).
- Advanced Excel skills as well as first-hand experience with Python and SQL.
