The job at a glance
Join our team and you’ll be responsible for working working within the B2C area of the business, playing a key role in the product development process, by generating insights that will drive product decisions & deepen your understanding of our users’ needs, behaviours and motivations. With an innovative spirit and deep research expertise, you will help teams re-imagine and redefine an experience which has shaped an entire industry.
Working in the user Research organisation and wider UX community, you will be an individual contributor, lead end-to-end research studies to redefine how we think and what we believe about the job seeker journey, while partnering with colleagues in other product areas to triangulate insights and tell a compelling, data-rich story . You will help define the strategy for your product area by advocating for user needs and user-centred outcomes, leveraging existing research insights balanced with business and resource considerations
