Join our team and you’ll be responsible for managing job feeds, processing candidate applications, and gathering data on the success of applications for our hiring company partners.
Working in the B2B Product department you will help us build a new global hiring platform. You will play a crucial role in this exciting endeavour.

Your responsibilities
Communication and Alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact for all communication and coordination within the department and with external stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication channels and ensure alignment between teams to achieve project objectives related to job feeds, candidate application processing, and data gathering
Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with multiple Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define the scope, goals, and deliverables of the global hiring platform. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to drive successful project execution during a time of ambiguity as the project ramps up.
Global Rollout of Product: Developing a strategy and rollout plan for Internal Stepstone and External Job boards to leverage products and services developed by the wider teams. Ensuring we drive maximum value of all product innovations which we create.
Integration Prioritization: Work closely with the business team, development teams, and Product Managers to identify and prioritize integrations based on business requirements and strategic objectives. Evaluate project feasibility, risks, and dependencies to make informed prioritization decisions that will shape the development of our global hiring platform.
Issue Identification and Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues, roadblocks, and risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables related to job feeds, candidate applications, and data gathering. Take prompt action to address issues, escalate when necessary, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success and a smooth operation of the hiring platform.
Qualifications
Your skills and qualifications
Proven experience (3 years) as a Product/Project Manager, experience in job hiring platforms, applicant tracking systems, or HR technology solutions is a plus but not necessary.
Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices: Demonstrates a solid grasp of various project management approaches, techniques, and software tools necessary for successful project execution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration: Capable of fostering positive relationships and effective communication with diverse stakeholders, enhancing collaboration and project outcomes.
Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple projects: Possesses strong organizational skills, enabling efficient prioritization of tasks and effective management of multiple projects concurrently.
Technical Proficiency: Understands software development processes and technologies, adept at communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Basic coding skills or familiarity with programming languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) may be advantageous.
